    NO CARBS..... Should be 169 by Monday - just need to get rid of cold so I can do more intense cardio.

  2. protein shake, 23 almonds banana, 4 egg whites 3 yolks 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 1 cont chicken w spinach salad & onions, cucumber, bi work out, protein shake w/ banana, KARATE CLASS, 1 cont chicken w/ peppers onions cucumbers, small glass of milk
