    1 tbs almond butter

    1 whole wheat rye
    1/2 cont organic rice

    9 egg whites
    1 cont pot roast

    p/u 200
    sit-ups 350
    back & bi at gym

    Now like i said "SUPER BOWL SUNDAY", so anything goes. Will be eating veg, fruit, pizza, chips..
    And yes, I will be hanging with my friend JACK DANIEL, and drinking miller 64..
